Employment Laws

Employment laws play a pivotal role in the protection of both employers and employees. Just like employees are protected from any unjust and inequitable practice being adopted against them, in the same way, employers too are protected against such employees who do not act in line with what is mentioned in their contract. A healthy relationship between an employer and its employees can do wonders with respect to business growth. But, if things go haywire and are not settled in a beneficial manner for both employer and employee, then such rifts can devastate an existing business with adverse implications on a company’s goodwill and image.

Currently, India has 44 labor laws which will be soon subsumed into four broad codes as an attempt to consolidate and simplify the legal structure pertaining to employment laws. With such a plethora of central and state employment statutes, it becomes highly imperative to have legal advisory on such intricate issues along with drafting services of quality contracts that encompass a right mixture of legal language and provisions, with precision and ease.
